Captain Kidd is a space pirate whose loyalties change to whomever offers him the most booty. He commands a spacecraft called the Iron Falcon with a ragtag crew. At times, he became an unlikely ally to the Galaxy Rangers, providing useful information for a price.
Kidd has a fuzzy furball sidekick named Squeegie who hangs around his neck repeating everything he says.
He also mentions that he has a wife in one episode.

Captain Kidd was originally planned to be more menacing character but the writers were never able to write him as such and he became the show's version of Harry Mudd.
